Responsibilities

- Administer and record prescribed medications.
- Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
Requirements
- Current RN License in Wisconsin or Compact RN License where applicable.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- 1 to 2 years of recent relevant nursing experience.
- Tele course preferred.
