About the position

The RN will be part of the Nursing Float Pool, providing direct and individualized nursing care across all Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) units as needed. This role involves caring for Covid patients and requires a strong foundation in nursing principles, patient care plans, medication administration, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on scientific nursing principles.
• Administer medications and manage patient care plans.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative care.
• Float to various Med/Surg units as needed, including caring for Covid patients.

Requirements

• 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Epic experience required.
• BLS certification required.
