This role involves providing nursing care to pediatric patients while traveling to various healthcare facilities. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to pediatric patients during the travel assignment.
- Work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
- Accrue paid time off (PTO) starting from day one, which can be used during the contract or cashed out at the end.
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and standards of care.
- Respond to patient needs and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Texas or compact state.
- Experience in pediatric nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to different healthcare environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- BLS and PALS certifications.
