Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients and their families.

Requirements
- Current RN license in California.
- Experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- Certification in psychiatric nursing (e.g., PMH-BC).
