About the position
The Operating Room Nurse (RN OR) is responsible for managing patient care throughout the surgical process, including preparation, monitoring, and assisting during surgeries. This role is critical in ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures.
- Handle surgical instruments and equipment.
- Monitor patient status during surgery.
- Assist surgeons as needed during operations.
Requirements
- 1 year of acute care experience in specialty.
- Active RN license.
