Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts or compact state.
  • Experience in maternal-newborn nursing or related field.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to different healthcare environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Maternal-Newborn Nursing (RNC-MNN) is preferred.
