About the position
Critical Connection, Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Charlestown, Indiana, focusing on outpatient orthopedic sports medicine. The role involves treating an active and general orthopedic patient population, with a commitment to providing high-quality care through 1:1 treatments and evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to patients.
- Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatments.
- Manage a caseload of 50-55 patient visits per week.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
- At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience, though new graduates with clinical experience will be considered.
- Current CPR certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sports medicine rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
