Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients as per treatment plans.

- Adhere to all safety and health regulations during therapy sessions.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
