Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide essential PT services in a skilled nursing facility in Marysville, Washington. Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state/compact license.
