Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide essential PT services in a skilled nursing facility in Puyallup, Washington. This role involves assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families. The position is critical in helping individuals regain health, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
- Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and progress.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state/compact license.
