About the position
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide inpatient physical therapy services in Puyallup, Washington. This role involves assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, developing treatment plans, and providing education to help patients regain health and mobility. The position is critical in aiding patients to develop strength, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting.
- Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in an inpatient setting.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state/compact license.

- Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or skilled nursing facility.
