About the position

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia.
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in rehabilitation or travel therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- BLS certification.
- Specialty certifications in areas such as orthopedics or geriatrics.
