Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.

• Document patient care using Homecare Homebase or similar systems.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current State License as a Physical Therapist in Mississippi.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in home health and Oasis documentation.
• Ability to lift and assist patients weighing between 50-100 lbs.
