Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide outpatient physical therapy services in Plymouth, New Hampshire. Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
- Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and exercises.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient setting.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state/compact license.
