Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide home health physical therapy services in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The role involves assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and providing patient education. This position is critical in helping patients regain health and mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on their treatment and recovery process.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a home health setting.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state/compact license.
