About the position
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide home health physical therapy services in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The role involves assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, developing treatment plans, maintaining records, and providing patient education. This position is critical in helping patients regain health and mobility, with a focus on improving strength, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
- Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a home health setting.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state/compact license.
