The role involves working 40 hours per week over a 13-week duration, with a focus on providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate therapy plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience in a clinical setting as a Physical Therapist.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
