About the position
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to provide home health physical therapy services in Colchester, Vermont. This role involves assessing patients' mobility, strength, and function, developing treatment plans, and providing education to help patients regain their health and improve their quality of life. The position is critical in assisting patients to develop strength, reduce pain, and enhance their overall function.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a home health setting.
- Degree in a relevant field.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state/compact license.
