About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and exercises to be performed at home.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

  • BLS certification required.
  • Color Vision Mandatory Exam completion.
  • Core Mandatory Part I, II, and III (Allied) completion.
  • Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
  • Successful completion of the Physical Therapy Exam.
