About the position
The Travel Physical Therapist position is a temporary role focused on providing outpatient therapy services for a duration of 13 weeks. The therapist will be responsible for treating a caseload of approximately 8-12 adult and geriatric patients per day, ensuring high-quality care and rehabilitation support.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
- Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients per day.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Valid physical therapy license in the state of Maryland or ability to obtain one.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
