Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality radiation therapy to patients as per prescribed treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about the radiation therapy process and address any concerns they may have.
- Ensure the safe operation of radiation therapy equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in the state of California.
- Experience in radiation therapy and patient care in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
