About The Position

Nomad Health is seeking an experienced General - Radiology Tech for a travel assignment in California. This role involves providing high-quality radiologic services to patients while traveling to various healthcare facilities. Requirements

• At least one year of total experience as a radiology tech.
• An active individual state license and/or certification to practice as a rad tech.
• An active credential issued by ARRT.
• Graduated from an accredited school within your discipline.
• Score at least 80% on all Nomad competency assessments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in specialties such as Cath Lab Tech, MRI, CT Scan, DEXA Scan, Interventional Radiology, and Fluoroscopy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, non-judgmental, non-discriminatory care to all patients, families, and staff.
• Monitor patient condition and assess needs.
• Communicate and document all required details as per facility charting protocol.
• Utilize x-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and/or fluoroscopy to help diagnose and visualize different maladies.
