About the position

CrossMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technician to provide essential imaging services in Winchester, Virginia. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality patient care while collaborating with healthcare professionals. The position is designed for individuals who are adaptable and ready to take on the challenges of travel assignments in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
• Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
• Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on unit.
• Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At minimum 1 - 2 years' experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
• Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending, and pulling.
