About the position
Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in various healthcare settings. The role involves preparing patients for X-rays, operating X-ray technology, processing films, and managing patient records. This position offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments while providing essential imaging services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for X-ray procedures.
- Operate X-ray technology to capture medical images.
- Process films for review by radiologists and physicians.
- Handle and maintain patient records.
- Utilize other radiologic equipment such as CTs and MRIs as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an X-ray technologist.
- ARRT Certification.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state license (if applicable).
