About the position
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist to join their team in Boise, Idaho. This position is designed for healthcare professionals looking to make a positive impact while enjoying the benefits of travel assignments. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and a commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Monitors and evaluates patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on unit.
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
- Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
- Transports patients as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One to three years experience as a Technician preferred.
- Other certifications may be required for this position.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
- PC skills.
- Physical ability to remain in a stationary position, move about, and move equipment (50-100lbs), including pushing, pulling, and bending.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a travel position is a plus.
- Additional certifications in radiology or related fields.
