About the position
Aureus Medical Group - Cardiopulmonary is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 16-week assignment in Vernal, Utah. This role involves providing respiratory therapy services in a travel capacity, allowing healthcare professionals to explore new locations while delivering essential care.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients as per established protocols.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health and therapy procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- State License as a Respiratory Therapist in Utah.
- NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification.
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
- Ability to lift and move patients weighing between 50-100 lbs.
