Health Advocates Network - Midwest is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a travel position in Medford, Oregon. Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients in the NICU and other acute care settings.
- Perform intubation and resuscitation procedures on neonates.
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patients' respiratory status and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment usage.
Requirements
- Graduate from an AMA approved Respiratory Care program.
- At least 2 years of recent acute care experience, specifically in NICU.
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in the applicable state (Oregon).
- American Heart Association BLS and PALS for Health Care Providers certifications.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Additional certifications may be required.
