Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and hemodynamic status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent ICU experience required.
- Current, unencumbered RN license valid in the state of assignment or compact state license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN certification preferred.
- Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
