About the position

The Technical Account Manager at Generali Global Assistance serves as the primary liaison between CSA Travel Protection and its partners in the Vacation Rental Software industry. This role focuses on managing relationships, product integration, and partner management to ensure mutual benefits. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams and involves occasional travel to maintain and develop partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist National Sales Manager in maintaining and developing relationships with Vacation Rental Software accounts.
  • Work with software companies to effectively market CSA product offerings to partners.
  • Collaborate with National Account Executives to sign new partners with CSA.
  • Maintain knowledge about assigned accounts and ensure client information is accurate.
  • Manage the online presentation of insurance within the VR software companies' platforms and websites.
  • Cultivate client relationships and work to expand new relationships within existing clients.
  • Track account interactions in CSA's CRM system and provide a single point of contact for account personnel.
  • Assist National Account Executive with the implementation of new account acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and draft new software partner agreements.
  • Analyze account sales results, detect trends, and communicate findings with the National Sales Manager.
  • Work to increase CSA Travel Protection's market share within the existing account base.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales and/or account management experience in products and services.
  • Experience in the Vacation Rental Industry is desired.
  • Experience with APIs and XML interfaces between systems preferred.
  • Proven track record of client advocacy and upselling existing customer/client accounts.
  • Insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including fluency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret product information and identify additional opportunities for client revenue.
  • Capable of working efficiently both independently and within a team environment.
