Responsibilities

• Help patients with swallowing, speaking, and understanding tasks related to speech.
• Review medical histories and develop speech therapy treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans and recommend necessary equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in an inpatient setting.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a speech language pathologist in an inpatient setting.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Current state license.
