Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgeries.

  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols during surgical procedures.
  • Support the surgical team throughout the surgery process.

Requirements

  • Current National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Certification.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on location.
