About the position
Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) for a travel assignment in Henderson, KY. This role involves providing exceptional patient care in a supportive environment while monitoring patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Analyze and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and reporting abnormalities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families about their condition and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a telemetry unit.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
