About the position

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Longview, Texas. This position is designed for a qualified Ultrasound Tech to join one of our top healthcare clients for a contract duration of 13 weeks, working 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift. The ideal candidate will possess an active ARDMS certification and have at least 18 months of working experience in the field. The role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety standards are met. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing noninvasive ultrasound examinations, demonstrating the skills and knowledge necessary to assess technical data reflective of patient status relative to age and specific needs. You will assist in the interpretation of ultrasound results, providing preliminary impressions as appropriate. Your commitment to delivering quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner is essential. You will work effectively to maintain an environment of excellence that is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, and quality patient care. Additionally, you will promote and maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
