About the position

Nomad Health is seeking an experienced Medical Sonographer for a travel assignment in Springdale, AR. This role involves using ultrasound technology to provide direct patient care, conduct assessments, and deliver individualized care in various specialties. Responsibilities

• Deliver age-specific direct patient care according to unit scope of service.
• Conduct ongoing assessments based on the patient's condition and facility protocols.
• Provide individualized, non-judgmental, non-discriminatory care to all patients, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience as an ultrasound/sonography tech.
• Active credential issued by the ARDMS or equivalent certification.
• Evidence of at least one year of experience as a Medical Sonographer (General) within the past three years.
• Graduation from an accredited school within the discipline.
• Score 80% or higher on all Nomad Health competency assessments.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in specialties such as Pediatric Echocardiography, Adult Echocardiography, Vascular Technology, and Cardio Sonography.
