About the position

Florida Fine Cars is seeking a Traveling Cashier/Customer Service representative who possesses excellent people skills, a positive attitude, and strong work ethics. This full-time position involves working in both Miami and Margate locations, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and handling monetary transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assists receptionist with phone calls
• Prints repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
• Handles incoming and outbound FedEx packages
• Sends e-sign documents to customers
• Calls customers to send car key spares
• Records amounts received and prepares cash reports of transactions
• Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
• Reconciles cash drawers and sales receipts
• Creates repair orders (ROs)

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales
• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
