About the position
The Traveling Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is responsible for overseeing food service management in various facilities, ensuring compliance with dietary regulations and standards. This role requires extensive travel to different locations, providing support and management in dietary services while maintaining high-quality care for patients and residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food service operations in multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards.
- Manage dietary staff and coordinate training.
- Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional needs.
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet patient dietary needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Food Service Management Experience
- Valid Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) from the ANFP
- Serve Safe Certification
