About the position

The CNC Maintenance Technician role is essential for maintaining and repairing CNC machinery to ensure efficient production operations. This position focuses on diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with team members to support a high-demand production environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Mazak, OKK, SW, Niigata, Fanuc, and Sunnen equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot CNC and other automated systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth production process.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records for equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Experience with Mazak, OKK, SW, Niigata, Fanuc, and Sunnen manufacturing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC and automated systems.
• Ability to perform mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Experience in preventive maintenance practices.
