You will learn to operate and maintain specialized equipment, including drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, and skid-steers, while working closely with a small crew. The role requires a commitment to safety, as you will be expected to follow all safety policies and procedures diligently. The job involves physical labor, including shoveling drilling debris and transporting materials, which requires proper lifting techniques and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and performing minor repairs, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in optimal working condition. This position is project-based, with travel requirements of approximately 60% of the time, primarily within Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Idaho. Projects typically operate on a ‘5 Days on / 2 Days off’ schedule, with workdays ranging from 10 to 12 hours.
