About the position

The Traveling Hospitality Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects within the hospitality sector, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves significant interaction with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and clients, and requires strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Requirements

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
