About the position

As a Project Manager at First Onsite, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of restoration and construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and profitably. Your role involves managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets while maintaining high safety and quality standards. You will act as a liaison among various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Understand, evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work for projects.
• Solicit and approve proposals from subcontractors.
• Prepare project schedules and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Monitor project budgets, profit margins, and schedules, taking action when necessary.
• Act as a liaison between leadership, clients, subcontractors, and in-house personnel.
• Manage defined scopes of work, review change orders, and ensure accurate billing.
• Ensure work is performed up to industry and First Onsite standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry.
• Basic industry training and seven current certifications.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Intermediate ability to read and understand Xactimate scopes and blueprints/architectural plans.
• Advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements.
• Experience with construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
