About the position

Elysian Construction is seeking motivated outside sales representatives to join their team. This role focuses on providing exceptional service in roof repair and exterior construction, emphasizing professional integrity and maximum value for customers. The position involves significant travel to various markets, with a strong emphasis on self-sourced lead generation and effective communication with homeowners and the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document roof inspections through photographs.
• Review and sign contracts with homeowners.
• Conduct data entry tasks.
• Generate leads independently.
• Attend weekly meetings and coaching sessions with the Area Sales Manager and Inside Sales Leads.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding progress and experiences.
• Perform roof adjustments as assigned by the Legal Department.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the internal team.
• Travel to other markets for extended periods, with the ability to return home for up to two weeks in between travel.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Ability to complete all required trainings, including onboarding and on-the-job sales training.
• Ability to execute homeowner MCA agreements under guidance within the first 6 weeks.
