About the position

The Resource Center has been a cornerstone in providing services to individuals with disabilities in the Chautauqua County area since 1958. Initially formed by a group of parents and concerned citizens, the organization has evolved into a comprehensive agency that supports thousands of individuals with various types and levels of disabilities. As the largest non-governmental employer in Chautauqua County, The Resource Center employs over 1,300 staff members dedicated to its mission: to empower individuals with disabilities and other challenges to achieve maximum independence, contribute to their communities, experience lifelong growth, and enjoy a high quality of life.
