About the position

The Treasury Accountant/Analyst position is a full-time role focused on managing the company's banking operations and accounting duties. This role is essential for ensuring efficient cash flow management and maintaining banking relationships, while also supporting the Controller with financial reporting and compliance. The position offers opportunities for growth within a technology company dedicated to environmental improvement.

Responsibilities

• Processing weekly payment batches and managing all payments in the online banking systems.
• Responding to any ad-hoc payment requests throughout the week.
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Executing Forex hedge program.
• Monitoring cash balance and managing cashflow forecast with Controller.
• Managing banking relationships as the company contact.
• Working closely with Controller for monthly consolidations, quarterly reporting package and annual audit of the group level.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Performing month end closing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Performing other accounting duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 2+ years of accounting and financial experience.
• Strong knowledge of an online banking system is a plus but not required.
• Good understanding of GAAP.
• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.

• Experience with online banking systems.
• Familiarity with Forex hedge programs.
