About the position
The Treasury Analyst II position at GreatAmerica Financial Services is a key role within the Treasury team, responsible for monitoring and administering the company's financing arrangements. This position focuses on maintaining strong lender relationships, managing securitization and liquidity, and providing reporting and analysis to senior management and external stakeholders. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives and projects within the Treasury team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reporting for GreatAmerica's various financing facilities.
- Coordinate and execute warehouse facility, secured borrowing facility, and term ABS fundings and associated interest rate hedging activities.
- Support due diligence audits for various financing facilities and term ABS transactions.
- Monitor, forecast, and report on securitization contract eligibility and concentration levels.
- Support various strategic initiatives related to securitization management.
- Evaluate departmental processes for improvements.
- Assist the Treasury team in various projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- At least 3 years of Treasury and/or Finance professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Bloomberg terminal is beneficial.
