About the position
The Treasury Analyst at Qualtrics is responsible for managing core Treasury activities across North America, APJ, and EMEA. This role involves cash management, cash forecasting, short-term investments, and bank account management, while collaborating with various Finance functions to drive business initiatives and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cash positioning and ensure optimal cash balances across various bank accounts.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Develop accurate cash flow forecasts to anticipate future needs and potential shortfalls.
- Assist in the management of short-term investments, maximizing returns while minimizing risk.
- Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate on various ad-hoc projects, such as debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or related fields; public company experience preferred.
- Experience with managing Treasury management systems.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and project management skills.
