About the position

The Treasury Analyst position at Aston Carter involves overseeing payment processes, ensuring data accuracy, and managing financial transactions. The role requires strong analytical skills to resolve disputes and maintain records, while also facilitating communication between various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the payment processes involving multiple stakeholders and portals.
• Ensure accuracy in data analysis and identify discrepancies.
• Research, analyze, and resolve disputes and chargeback cases for various credit card types.
• Compose response letters in line with Credit Card Association guidelines and company policies.
• Manage outstanding bills, promissory notes, and payments.
• Facilitate and track payments from internal and external sources.
• Maintain and update records of promissory notes and payment statuses.
• Minimize lost cases.
• Prepare schedules and analyses for credit card transactions.
• Liaise between credit card companies, collection agencies, and internal departments.
• Collect funds using excellent customer service skills to uphold the company's image.
• Review and maintain collection agency files monthly.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, data handling, and treasury operations.
• Experience in treasury, financial analysis, reporting, and data analysis.
