About the position

The Treasury and Accounting Manager at Niagara Bottling will play a crucial role in the Treasury & Financial Reporting group, directly reporting to the VP of Treasury. This position is designed for a driven and hands-on individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company. The manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial policies, supporting audits, managing foreign currency accounts, and assisting in cash management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial policies and procedures meet GAAP requirements and are communicated to all departments.
• Provide support and documentation for external audits of financial statements.
• Assist with business valuations and purchase accounting for acquisitions.
• Monitor and manage Foreign/Multiple Currency Accounts (FCAs/MCAs).
• Manage monthly currency exchanges in accordance with Cross Currency Swap (XCS) contracts.
• Validate data across multiple sources and recommend technology improvements for Treasury processes.
• Perform monthly close processes related to cash and investments.
• Assist in monitoring bank account services and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor Revolving Line of Credit and covenant ratios.
• Drive operational and system improvements in Treasury processes.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in a similar field or manufacturing environment.
