About the position

Trustbridge, Inc. is seeking a Treasury/Financial Analyst to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $53,000 to $66,000, depending on experience. Trustbridge has been a pillar of support for families facing serious illness since 1978, combining the efforts of Hospice of Palm Beach County, Hospice of Broward County, and Hospice by the Sea. As a community nonprofit, we provide comprehensive services including palliative medicine, caregiver support, and bereavement programs. The Treasury/Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day banking and investment activities of Trustbridge, Inc. and its Foundation. The role involves preparing daily cash transactions, monitoring and reviewing investments, and preparing investment reports. Additionally, the analyst will assist in budget preparation, financial analysis, financial reporting, fund accounting, and account reconciliations. This position is crucial in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization, supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to families in need. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or economics, along with three years of experience in treasury functions, investment analysis, and financial analysis, preferably within a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in spreadsheet functions, are essential for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of daily cash transactions.
  • Monitor and review investments.
  • Prepare investment reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of the budget.
  • Conduct financial analysis and financial reporting.
  • Perform fund accounting and account reconciliations.
  • Support other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or economics preferred.
  • Three years' experience performing treasury functions, investment analysis, and financial analysis.
  • Expertise with computer-based financial applications, including Microsoft Dynamics GP.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functions and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with analysis of investment instruments and investment markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
