About the position

The Treasury & Financial Risk Management Manager at Accenture is responsible for assessing risk and developing mitigation strategies for top-tier financial services organizations. This role involves managing project teams, delivering on client engagements, and leveraging analytics to enhance operational efficiency. The manager will also play a key role in attracting new business and improving customer experiences through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for financial services organizations.
• Support and share knowledge with project teams using analytics to improve processes.
• Manage project teams, deliverables, and budgets across workflows.
• Attract new business by creating thoughtful proposals and building strong client relationships.
• Show clients how to benefit from a more flexible workforce.
• Use design-led thinking to enhance customer experience.
• Champion Accenture initiatives and products to grow the practice.
• Stay informed on new regulations and technologies affecting clients' businesses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in risk and regulatory management consulting in a similar oversight role.
• 5+ years of experience in Treasury organizational structure and transformation.
• Good understanding of end-to-end data, tech, and operational capabilities for complex treasury functions.
• Experience in balance sheet and treasury management, including liquidity and cash management.
• Knowledge of capital management and stress testing, including CCAR and scenario management.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance, including FR2052 and FR-Y-14.
