About the position

The Treasury Hedging Product Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for collaborating with various Treasury business units to enhance the product evolution of the Corporate Treasury's Calypso application and related systems. This role involves managing product backlogs, facilitating communication between stakeholders and Agile teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position also supports the ongoing development of product management strategies and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-portfolio impacts, planning, dependency maps, OKRs, and key metrics to prioritize and refine product backlog.
  • Enable the organization to evolve business strategy based on outcomes and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and provide input for problem resolution.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders for transparency on outcomes and impediments.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria for product development.
  • Direct and prioritize development work to maximize business value aligned with product strategy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the business and Agile teams, ensuring understanding of product vision and objectives.
  • Support the evolution of Treasury's product and project management strategy, developing product structure roadmap and reporting documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically six or more years of related experience in product management or similar roles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Typically three to five years of relevant experience in product management.
  • Proficient in product management methodologies and practices.
  • Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
